Drama holiday clubs. We run regular 1 day, 2 day or week long drama clubs during school holidays. These are for children between the ages of 9 and 13. No experience is necessary, just a willingness to have a go. Our clubs are action packed and lots of fun. We play drama games to build confidence and friendships. We explore scripts, improvisation and  bringing stories to life. We also work with award winning, professional performing artists, to bring some incredible workshops to our clubs, giving the children valuable and inspiring opportunities to learn new skills.

After school clubs. We run after school clubs (in conjunction with Storybox). These are hour long sessions that take place at Junior schools in Rugby. Children take part in drama themed games and activities that help to develop acting skills, characterisation, voice projection and build confidence. The children also work towards 2 productions a year, which gives them the opportunity to perform on stage and showcase their talents to their families.

Interactive storytelling-early years. We tour nurseries in Rugby and surrounding areas, with interactive versions of popular and delightful children's stories. This involves immersing the children into the story and them fully participating in bringing the tales to life through drama, movement, sounds and themed games.

Interactive storytelling performances-ages 4-10 . We tour primary schools and organisations with our themed, seasonal and festive performances which encourage full audience participation to bring stories to life. New performances will be advertised on this page and on our Facebook page. Contact us if you would like to commission us for a particular project or to find out how we can tailor an interactive performance to fit in with your curriculum or chosen topic.

Private drama tuition. We are available to offer private drama tuition in small groups. This can cover stage and voice skills, characterisation, audition preparation, monologues and improvisation.

Drama parties. Are you looking for a party with a difference? Do you have a drama loving child? Our drama parties are high energy full of fun and games with a drama twist. There will be music, movement, bubbles, props, lots of laughs and a bountiful of prizes! Contact us for details. Party prices start from just £180.

Interactive storytelling parties. Magical parties for children aged 2-7.
Fabulous fun and games themed around a delightful story. Costumes, props, bubbles, music, dancing, prizes and much more.

     About us

Felicity Peck (Fliss)                                                                 Cathy Craddock                                 Fliss and Cathy are both professional actors, who had formal training at London drama schools, The Method Studio and The Drama Studio, respectively.

They both have extensive performance experience in theatre, television and corporate and educational role play, as well as script writing.

It is their mutual experience working within Theatre in education and children's drama and also  their shared  love of working with children, to bring stories to life through drama, building confidence, encouraging creativity and developing imaginations, that led to the birth of 'Make Believe a Story'.

This joint venture, utilises their combined skills and passion for drama and the magic of storytelling, to bring exciting and inspiring drama opportunities to the children of Rugby and surrounding areas.
